blizz doesnt check how long you have been playing for. They will only do that if a player reports you its not an automated system thing.

If you used a VPN then you can call and say you were hacked, a vpn is a IP address hider. But its pretty much a lost cause when your appealing a ban for botting unless you used a vpn.
