I was having D3 freezes too. I updated QuestTools and Trinity from SVN, which sometimes (and in this case did) have revisions that haven't been released on the forum yet, and the issue went away.

Completed all 5 acts on the toon I referenced in my previous post and everything's working ok now.

Rrix, I confirmed that the Skeleton King problem is related to version .13. With DB .364 and the new quest tools, version .12 does not have the issue with the Skeleton King. Could he somehow have gotten added to the blacklist accidentally?
