You aren't thinking critically at all. Distribution means giving people who don't have access access to their software. It says they aren't allowed to sell OR distribute, that means that they can't just give it out for free. Yes, they are a business, but they can't even give it away for free...

They can't distribute anything because they operate within Germany, but they can allow already existing customers to access their servers as long as those customers are not German. I'm sure they already consulted numerous lawyers and they have decided to not increase any sessions or sell any...

You own one session, if they upgrade it if you pay or even if they do it for free, they are still giving out more access to the bot, which they won't do.
