Pally and dk make excellent farmers but at the same time druid doesnt need to come out of flight mode to farm and i think rogues can farm without agroing by using stealth [not sure if this is right]

Difficult to say tbh depends on the situation in arena i would say prot pala is the best but on a bg i would say either a sham or a mage but it also depends on how well you know your team cause in different situations certain classes fail where others would own
