All I know is your SHOP username & Password are often different from the FORUM username & password. To use the bot you need to use the SHOP USERNAME & PASSWORD

In the latest version they have removed plugin authentication...

If you dont have an authenticator you will be locked out till you contact them to unlock the account. (this happened with my wifes account when we were on holiday in New Zealand). My account was not touched as I had an authenticator on the account.
