Does it actually show .NET 4.5.1 (not just 4.5) anywhere on your Uninstall Program list? If so, then we can nix that solution. I'm not sure what else to try, though.

I see .NET Framework 4.5, but not 4.5.1. Go to the Microsoft .NET page and click "Install .NET Framework 4.5.1 now". Let us know if that does the trick. Cheers, -D

I'm running out of ideas on my end. Could you screenshot and post your Program List (Uninstall Program) from the Control Panel? Scroll it to show your NET and Microsoft C++ Redistributable installations.

Okay, more thoughts. First, try changing the log level to diagnostic. What level is your character? And does Joe's have any issues running with lower level characters?

I just meant to make sure nothing else was in that folder. Any repeated files can cause a launch failure, so it might be worth a try to clean the folder out and add the routine again. I have no idea what else this might be.......

Legit? Never! Looking at this line: makes me wonder. Delete compiled assemblies again, then delete EVERYTHING in your Routines folder, then test one routine at a time to see if it makes a difference. Try Walt's first, which completely replaces the default, so it should just drop in and work.

Those database errors make me wonder... is there anything unusual in your inventory which might not be on the protected list? It's a total shot in the dark, but could explain why you're the only one currently seeing this.
