After RoS we got no bans.
One of the ways Blizzard will catch botters nowadays, is by activity logging I believe. Also, botting in Diablo 3 now, wont provide you with anything but good gear, there's no RMAH anymore, no money to be made!- Blackopsing

New Suppored Skills + Builds for Patch 2.0.1
A very nice Barbarian build for botting in this patch, would be this one: Barbarian - Game Guide - Diablo III It pretty much has everything you need, if you don't have lifesteal on your weapon, just change WW rune to Bloodfunnel.- Blackopsing
