Open up trinity settings > item ranks > tick keep ancient items only. But I'd suggest this: Another way is to customize the item list (Settings > Items > Item List) to only keep the legendaries that you want and you can add rules for ancients and more. There's a guide on how to do that here...

If you don't have spirit guards then you can use Ancient Parthan Defenders. Swap out Way of a Hundred Fists for Crippling Wave - Tsunami and it should work. But the 40% Reduction from Spirit Guards is pretty much priceless unless you're running Tsunami. Just gamble bracers wont take long to get...
