Yeah the 30% bonus Vs Beasts/Humans cannot be beaten, and you can roll it with LOH + CDR at 2700-2800 dps :)

Torment 6 is 100% chance for an act specific legendary to drop from the cache. T2 is under 50% I believe. So I'd suggest T6 :)

You'll get there with better gear don't worry :p Personally I did bounties for the first day or 2 slowly increasing to T6 when I could. Any build that works for you is fine until you've got the Raiment set. Then just run Rifts, then trials, then Greaters and it should be fine :)

Correct, the settings stay the same :) I still think they are about the same, the difference is marginal between them and some rifts will be better/worse for each build. But FD is the best build to gear up for if you plan on manually doing any rift pushing. Rimeheart is ok but losing 30% dps...
