Make sure Honorbuddy is not being blocked by your firewall. Run windows updates too :)

It looks like you have outdated framework. Try and update it. I also see a lot of plugin errors. Disable them. Check and make sure you have the WPL flight path discovered. f none of that works, fresh install.
