60-65c is normal 'max' temp for a lot of cpus (when the fans spin up to 100%) - but not a death temp by a long shot 80c is usually the default warning / turn off for safety, sometimes 90c But if you're getting those temps - you're either a retard and don't know how to dust out your case or...
