it's stated in the UI ... 0 = don't use that pokeball. put that at 1 Greatball / ultraball looks fine, but i'd say: 1 / 450 / 750 is probably best - as I have over 100 ultraballs all of the time, and fewer great balls

I went to disneyland, CA (just SE of Los Angeles) ... of course i got a soft ban, but it lasted all of 2 minutes. I just let it keep trying to loo stuff and eventually it was able to and then everything was good to go! I would not recommend this on a 'main' acct that you use with your phone...
