i did a couple to show users how to do it as far as questing ... i'm running act 1 now (i reflowed acts 1-4 already w/ random dungeons) and fixing it as I go Just to clarify running vs reflow Reflow - run it manually and add in a bunch of stuff Running - letting the bot run whilst watching...

if you're ally and you skipped the kurenai rep from zangar - it will grind until neutral with them (or maybe friendly, I can't remember). If you're horde, it will complete a small series of lvl 60 quests and then go back to nagrand for the mag'har rep if you had rep - it shouldn't take 4 hours...
