You choose to support exilebuddy because it along with any of the other buddy bots have always been a superior product to the competition. The removal of lifetime keys was due to a lack of users supporting exilebuddy vs the number of updates required for the bot due to the nature of the game...

Unfortunately in the case of POE the game itself is free, as is your account.. And upon making that account you did sign their TOS, so they have every right to close it if you break that TOS regardless of how much money you spent after that.

When I start the bot, since the latest patch PoE is no longer showing in my list of processes to attach the bot too. I attempted updating but that did not fix my problem. Anyone have any ideas as to what may cause this?

Frost orb is fine. Your games per hour dropped because they nerfed the hell out of arcane power regeneration with electrocute. Read the patch notes, frost orb was bugging to giver higher than intended radius, the 15yards it has is more then enough.

Every item that drops has a chance to roll a legendary.. the higher items per hour the higher you chances of finding a legendary item. The only exception to this would be if you are using a profile which farms white items for disenchanting which I don't know of anyone to be doing right now...
