Updated to Trinity v2.4.0 and Quest Tools v3.2.1 Bot still stands idle when i press start.

I've updated both quest tools and trinity, first manually and then with the EZUpdater Plugin because i thought i might have been doing it wrong. I used the demon buddy installer to make sure i had all required extra's and I'm running the application as an administrator. Please let me know...
