I've met the same problem of inactivity. Yes my not creat game but do not work anymore.
Then I realized it is due to a special authorization mechanism of DB agaisting private version. So I turned my PC clock into USA time and the problem disappeared. ( I'm living at tokyo) hope this could help you.
