I don't know where to put this, but I've seen many threads in support mentioning it.
This isn't an HB specific issue but more a Windows 8.1 and WoW issue.
Issue:
The bot will work fine on its own, as it uses click-to-move, but attempts to control it outside of that will result in the camera spinning at a sickening rate and, as result, zero control from the user.
Disclaimer:
I do not wish to offend the Tony monster, jailer of threads and the almighty hammer, however as this question keeps cropping up, here is the answer.

Fix:
- Open your World of Warcraft folder and archive/delete the WoW-64.exe - this will stop the game from forcing into 64 bit, assuming your machine supports it
- Create a shortcut to wow.exe (x86)
- Right click on the shortcut and open the 'Properties' menu
- Select the 'Compatibility' tab
- Select Compatibility mode: Windows 7
- Under 'Settings' check the box besides 'Disable display scaling on high DPI settings'
- When the client loads, you should now no longer have any issues with manual control of the camera
