Duh... even if someone would sue Blizzard for banning their bot army, why do you think detailed proof would get released to third parties?

They give you answer every single time you get banned: the reason of your ban is botting. What kind of 'details' do you expect?

You know you botted. They know you botted. What kind of 'proof' do you need? Once you start botting, you know that eventually you will get caught. Be happy that they are lacking manpower to look thoroughly through all obvious bot-like users.

It actually sounds like a plan from trapping perspective! Spawn some entities on a map that only a retarded bot would try to interact with!

Good luck with that. However, you have to understand that they are not banning the owner of the account, but the account that was used for botting. The owner is irrelevant here. The best thing you can hope to achieve is Blizzard disallowing the use of RMAH in your country. Your fellow citizens...

Don't be naive. You are exploiting their software and you think you have a legal ground to sue them? Next time, when you DDoS some site, try to sue them as well afterwards :D

They want you to believe that the DB is not software detectable. They are simply gathering up all the accounts that did not get banned in this wave for all the weekly banwaves that are going to follow.

It certainly is, since they can most likely software detect the bot now.

Tell them that your cat pissed on your network cable, therefore your completely unaltered Diablo 3 game client started sending bugged packets to Diablo 3 servers :)
