Created a Guild and used invite addon - Guild at lvl 25 in less than 6 days.
Alliance:
Paladin 1-90 - 90% HB 10% Hand (ran dungeons/bg's once in a while)
Warlock 1-50 (without HB) 51-90 100% HB
Monk 1-65 HB 90/10 Still in works
