dont know about a banwave, but: 1. we have had some reports on low profilers getting banned. 2. a few of my buddies from battle.net have also got banned without exception, just dont give a damn about posting in forums

skorn only works on high mp if you have insane resist and/or dodge. you will often get ass-raped by mobs between two-hits with a skorn (and thats assuming you have at least 45% ias!!). a human player can easily kite this, but kiting and botting efficiently just dont match. my monk with a skorn...

i must agree with skyliner here. Blizz finally grew up to the task and implemented a method that will detect botting with very very slight error margin. Of course they know better than to rely on software exclusively, so before striking with the hammer they involve human labor to double check...
