If you enable safe portal mode, you will not enter the portal ( unless the portal is opened by party member) To prevent entering other portal, most ppl will open it So, I think you have set that after passing the portal, no matter you are teleported or not, just reset the mount stat?

there is a bug in almost trade run plugin, so i think it is not a bug caused by those dev. If you are mounting and pass the portal ( no matter enabling safe portal mode or not), most plugin will detect your are not mounting and just call for mount. I hope you get what I mean Sorry for...
