5 days after sending refund request (No Email)
I understand it takes up to 96 hours but its been 5 days and still no email on my refund statues. I sent the email on 12/18/12 and its now 12/23/12 with no update on my refund. -

Refund Update.
Bought the bot on 12/12/12, sent an refund email on the 18th. Its the 19th and still no update on my refund. Am i still gonna be able to receive it?
