Thank you very much.
For future users, I reinstalled from the installer to my C drive instead of My Documents.
I then installed the latest version of trinity and followed the above advice from Tony.
Hope this helps someone else in the future!

I recently reinstalled windows and have since then been completely unable to use the product.
If I enter my 30 day key using a specific region, DB immediately crashes to desktop.
If I open with "BestLatency" it will sometimes CTD but other times it will hang...
