guys i need help because when i add a arty to the tank list what must i do for good fight with arty? i tried all ways for fight but arty doesnt make anything what is the best way? (default artilery - ???)

The game banned me for 1 day coz of pushing allied tank out of position how can it possible? when bot push anything why then not stopping or changing the way? i am banned coz of this

i uninstalled everything (c++, net framework and etc etc) like your says but now; 1-does not work when i push start button(freezing about 2-3mins) 2-if its can work then dont make anything, stay where it is start the game 3-if tanks dead then still trying to move, does not go to the garage...
