You can just copy the giles trinity folder to your plugins folder. Just make sure that it isn't Plugins/Giles Trinity/Giles Trinity/.cs if that makes sense. It should only be Plugins/Giles Trinity/.cs

*START HERE* is usually done when you are at character select. If it keeps giving you issues you can try starting the game manually and see if it the bot will then start. Other then that I am not sure. Make sure you are using the latest version of DB. Sorry for the late reply I haven't had...

Do you have two diablo folders and are you running the Diablo III.exe from both folders or just one?

To answer the thread title question... you have to play legit if you don't want to get banned... Just because you sell items doesn't mean that you are going to get banned for doing so. One way or another you will be banned for botting eventually. So you might as well make money before that happens.
