I can confirm the site is very bad at the moment. One moment it is up and the next moment you can't connect to any page. My DNS has been flushed, my cache deleted and I even tried it on 2 other ISP's but the problem persists.

Best way to think about this is as follows; You are not buying the game, you are buying access to the game via the Terms of Service agreement.
