Hello, im using 6piece tal/4firebird build right now my wiz just spam blizzard.. doesnt spectral blade or energy twister( it does it sometimes) how can i avoid spamming blizzard for no reason lol im new here ty for help

Okay, got it installed etc, can i see a setup for my wiz? Righyt now im using 6tal pieces and 4firebird looks like my wiz just spam blizzard and rarely energy twister or spectral blade any way i can change that? or i should go delsere? I need help im lost on this forum :(
