Yes, the mailbox is in Booty Bay. Been using this profile and it has been working really well for my Darkmoon Faire Rep. Running 2 toons (1 Circle, 1 Bounce w/ Random Hotspots). It's a bit slow in comparison to cata herbing routes... but it definitely works well enough.
