ok ye you're right. but i've done the above. removed them, used a .net remover tool to be sure everything was gone. removed all my temp files. used the tool to reinstal C++. updated them with the windows updater etc. still the same error

After starting up demonbuddy, entering my key and logging in i get an error "demonbuddy has stopped working". in the more info section i found the log added to the attachments. I've installed .net framework and visual C++. reinstalled them etc. The buddy logs only say: 2015-09-06...
