Same here even after PC restart with anti virus turned off

I am having this same problem on a win 7 PC and Win 10 PC. The win 10 has this error but still seems to load up. The Win 7 I get just one client up and then if I log on more I get this error and the client stops loading. Sometimes update.exe will crash right after.
