это иногда происходит если хб обрывается в работе, например бсод или скачек электричества. от ботбазы не зависит. старый баг, встречается редко посему не фиксится. следуя логике если причина не в вышеназванном, то возможно ты как-то неправильно закрываешь хб, может убиваешь процесс хб софтом...
