I'm not sure if it's DB or Trinity, but I can confirm that trinity 2.14.30 keep a lot more (if not all of em) wanted legendaries.

Are you arcane orbit or chanelling twister spec? If you're arcane orbit spec, how do you keep your ressource toped? My wizard run out of ressource since .40 (or .39) because he ignore Arcane Dynamo stacks now.

You need vitality on your shoulder because otherwise you will be way to squishy If you have ap on your off hand you doing something wrong because you either missing Cdr or explosive blast dmg on it. Those are mandatory stats on offhand. If you have paragon 200 or more you shouldn't...
