I am having the same problem. exactly the same problem.. net 4 deleted and installed . no anti virus running. opening as ADM/win 7. IT opens the update after its updates it doest open the program.

I think the GPS does not support Coogwheel. Because I made a db3 file and with donkey It walks fine but with Coogwheel it moves really slow like if you were pressing W ,,W,W and than it stops walking. Any suggestions or some reason for that?
