i hate to say it but the issue i'm having with the bot is solely based on it's connection to the nav server, I play other games that host servers in that part of the world, and i don't get the same pings/lag as I do with the DBnav server (400+). I think it would make a big difference if there...

"Demonbuddy was unable to retrieve offsets for build:" usually means version mismatch (game/demonbuddy)... but thats just my best guess.
Try running the BuddyWizard application, 99/100 times DB crashing means that there is a dependency missing.
