Now I increased my DPS by 2k, and my GPH is now almost 540 My Diablo III is running on my SSD I got i7 860 4 cores CPU and Ati Radeon HD5850CF .DB 176 I use this profile with all the plugins in the thread and also the build in the thread ...

I was using 5850CF with default overclock settings(which is no overclocking), and I still get the freezing issues, but not so often,it just happens every 1 or 2 days

What profile are you using? Since my average run is only 18s, why I just getting 510GPH
