US... anyway... deleted the file and reinstalled the newest one and it seems to be working perfectly fine... testing on an alt account and going from there. TY -

Tankleader key authorisation failed
I just got the software and am also having an "Logging in... authentication failed." every time I try to login with the key... happens on multiple computers. I was hoping to give this a try tonight, any possibility of an extension on the three days of time until this issue is resolved?
