I did all that before posting. I install them directly from microsoft didn't work. I uninstall them and install the ones from this adress, still the same error. The only thing now is to try to hack an windows 10 to upgrade my 7. Last year I had DB and worked fine on windows 7, I don't know why...

I have windows 7 ultimate x64. I try to start the client and give error.
