You don't get a response at all only your ticket canceled. Don't bother trying this i am on letter ~20 every ticket got canceled only number #1 got the always same response "We reviewed your Case, Case closed don't write us again"

same here but i didn`t work before the updates either anymore. I had on running from the afternoon but after the restart it stopped working.
