I am having a similar issue. Bot is set to pickup all legendaries (ilvl 1+), and keep them unidentified. I came home tonight from work to see my bot kill Ghom and a legendary helm dropped. It did not pick it up and TP'd then left the game before I could take action. I checked my inventory...
