when you open a profile from the store, there is a link starting with "store://" in the beginning. that one you have to use for the profile field. at the bottom of the load window.

For that I would have to refer you to the official HBRelog thread in the forum and this YT-Video: GarrisonButler HBRelog Tutorial - YouTube

Basically it goes like this: Tell HBRelog do start an HB Profile and then wait for (in this case 70 minutes). While your profile is running, HBRelog is doing the "Wait"-Thing. When the profile is done it tells HBRelog to skip the current task (which is still "Wait" and it would do something else like switching characters and starting another profile. But for more support you would have to go and check with the HBRelog guys
