I have Teamspeak downloaded out of all of them. Thats about it. Uninstalled it. Still same problem

Update: I ran the Windows FixIt to restore original hosts files for Windows 7 as well as followed a Youtube Tutorial to get on Google DNS server this is script most recent. Also tried changing Best latency to North America since i live in Houston Texas
