Solved. Switched Windows 7 language from portuguese-BR to english and I'm up and running again.

Hi buddies. After I click "login" the DB park in that "not responding" and close itself. In other games I used to land the .exe at that Data Execution Prevent or something like that, but DB cannot put in there. Already tried re-installing everything, including those Microsoft programs...
