Version 754 Multiple updates fixing issues with the WorkshopManager Updatebuddy will now prompt if it encounters a non-empty, non-git directory if it is ok to delete this directory and resume updating. This will occur if you had manually unzipped a directory from github.

New build adds another offset that lisbeth was relying on. Updatebuddy will be getting a little bit more work in a upcoming build to handle users who installed a repo manually -> it gets upset that theres a non empty folder. Still working on investigating a documentation system.
