Thanks for reporting this, it was an issue with detecting the walls. The new build fixes this for the built in deepdungeon, deepdungeoncombined will require a update, ill try and get that fixed as it is small but i dont have direct control over it.
New build coming now should greatly improve the usage of flyto, im still working on a true flying based navigation but these changes should make flyto work much much better in the meantime.

First pass at the new crafting macro system is out now. I expect there might be some issues with the inital implementation, but I'll take feedback and resolve them as needed. The next thing on the list will be creating orderbot tags specifically for cosmic exploration.
