Anyone have any updates? When submitting an email to blizz should I just request a suspension based on the terms? Or, should I go about it another way? Anyone have any successes that can give advice to wording a document appropriately?

Polearms are BASETYPE Misc not Weapon. Check your trash log it returns them as Misc.

I can't seem to get it to stop picking up 2h weps no matter what I try. I tried each 2h individually. Then I tried an across the board just [QUALITY] == "Rare" && [BASETYPE] == "Weapon" && [TWOHAND] == "True" -> [IGNORE] Still grabbin trash items like Polearms and 2h maces
