They aren't farmable. You have to craft them. You should get the plans the first time you kill Malthael in story mode. -

Unable to Salvage. Moves around BS, but never to him.
I have the same problem with the same profile and loot rule. -

New strange error
If you start the bot, then stop and go to settings again, it will work fine. I always had to do this if I switched characters/profiles and needed to adjust the generic cc over. -

I've been running sarkoth for about 8 hours now and still haven't seen the error message. Averaging 260k/hr on my DH with a couple of decent items so far. Using the sarkoth kill wait plugin I'm getting around 20 seconds if no cellar and around 60 with. -
