I downloaded the alkaizer profile and has 5 files...I want it to run all 5 file but it seem its only do keeps 2. how can i run all 5 repeatly?

OK i just pruchased db and i am totally confused..I downloaded alkaizer file which has 5 areas. I click load and I can only load 1 file and it has 5. I tested it out and My wiz is picking up blues. I wanna learn and how can I only make him pick up rares 61-63 and legendarys. Thanks alot
