Is it possible to add a feature like restart the Bot every X minutes would be really helpful for some Stuck Problem?

I have already installed .net Framework. I am pretty sure i would notice if i havent from other Programs i use but i can try reinstalling it. EDIT: I did a full repair of .net Framework, and i am still getting the same Error. Further help would be much appreciated, Thanks! Maybe it helps that...

When using this Plugin i get this Error, if i remove it it works fine again could anyone help me with that?
