What does this setting actually do? If it makes so much of an improvement why is it not set to 15 by the devs? Really curious. -

Wizard T6 Ghom build 55-65 GPH
I get 35 GPH on my wizard in average gear and doing the math its the best for me to do T6 versus other difficulties and stay full HP the whole time. Still trying to gear my WD to be able to do it faster.
