My second appeal got replied to today at 9:05 am PST. Inputted some screen shots of my not using the RMAH to sell gold or made profit and same result... ..the same automated message except from a different game master. Well thanks for the fun everyone...and thank you DB for being the best D3...

E-mailed them a long statement stating my support in using my own cash for the RMAH and had zero involvement with gold selling on the RMAH (which I told them to look up), and 40-50 mins later they replied with basically a copy+pasted message from another person's thread stating the exact same...

LMAO! I just received my appeal response for my ban ; e-mailed back 40 mins later and it was the exact same thing except the bottom was from a North American rep. instead of a Europe rep. and the links were linked to battle net US. Basically they're going to massively forward a copy+pasted...

..seconded...but I can't complain...I took a gamble and I accept my fate..just kinda wished they would have warned me ahead of time =/

This is all up to Blizzard...you have the freedom to appeal...but as of right now..thousands of us banned are under Blizzard's mercy...

Thank you DB for being a wonderful bot and Blizzard for a decent game, but I'm pretty much done as well. 2/2 got hit including main, I guess that's it for me =/
