as I said...I sent the email ask for the refund on 17/12...right now its already 3/1. I havent got any money back. what happend?

I bought a 2nd account at 12th and 2days later I got banned, so I sent a email to demonbuddy to ask for refund, and they recived me right away. Today I check my bank account I havent seen any money from demonbuddy for the refund. what was that problem? it's been 10 days... can anyone help please?

My barb just level up to 100... I'm thinking to continue to bot barb or bot a 50 level monk, I only have one account, and want to make some money on that. should I bot barb which is level 100 or bot a monk? if i bot the barb i feel waste the exp, but the items are droped more...
